How to use
Step 1
Place calf wrap behind your leg with the Velcro facing forward, holding it with both hands.
Step 2
Begin wrapping around your leg, holding down the flat side of wrap. Pull Velcro flap over top to comfortable tightness with your right hand.
Step 3
Repeat process for bottom flap, creating a snug yet comfortable fit.
