How to use
Step 1
Hold the strap behind your knee and grab both sides of the upper section. Fold the right side around your knee and insert the velcro end through the slot on the left. Repeat for lower section.
Step 2
Secure the remaining two velcro straps which should already be in place. There are multiple slots on the Dual Knee Strap to accommodate varying knee sizes.
Step 3
All four straps can now be adjusted to your desired comfort and support level.
