How to use
Step 1
Sit and extend leg with a slight bend, place brace on knee with long straps extended out.
Step 2
Take the long strap closest to you and bring it around the back of your leg, inserting through belt on the opposite back side, then fasten velcro to desired support level. Repeat for the 2nd long strap.
Step 3
Take the short strap closest to you and insert it into the nearby belt on the front of the brace, fold it back onto itself, locking into place for desired stability. Repeat for 2nd short strap.
