How it works

Usage
✓ My TENS Unit was designed with 4 Electrode pads to be placed on sore or aching muscles, or as a muscle relaxation tool. It helps with a wide variety of conditions including knee, back, arm, and hip pain as well as arthritis pain.
When pregnant do not use in abdominal and pelvic region.
People with epilepsy or people who have a pacemaker or other electrical implant should not use the TENS unit.

How to use
Step 1
Remove plastic covers from pads. Set covers aside to put them back on after using the TENS unit.
Step 2
Place pads on desired area for treatment. Note: there are certain area a TENS unit should not be used, see included manual for full list.
Step 3
You may now turn on the unit with the power button on the upper right side. The mode can be selected on the touch screen, the intensity can be changed with buttons on both sides of the unit.
