How to use
Step 1
Extend your arm, palm side up, place your thumb through thumb loop.
Step 2
Begin wrapping the long end around arm, with the Velcro side facing inwards, keeping edges of the wrap aligned.
Step 3
Wrap until the support is comfortable but tight, then secure the wrap with the Velcro fastener.
