Size and Fit
✓ The Wolf Therapeutics Lumbar Support Belt comes in 3 sizes, you should measure at the naval, not the waist, to find out which size you need. Medium fits 28-35 inches around. Large fits 35-43 inches around. Extra Large fits 43-53 inches around.

How to use
Step 1
Place brace behind back roughly alight with your naval.
Step 2
Bring thicker straps around stomach and secure with Velcro to a comfortable tightness.
Step 3
Now secure the smaller, more elastic straps for desired compression.
